As an intern with the Marcus & Millichap National Hospitality Group, I underwrote and analyzed commercial properties to develop supportable valuation and marketing strategies.
In July 2012 I founded Miles Greve Group, a boutique research platform focused on independent coverage and intelligence for hotel real estate investment: markets, financial trends, operating fundamentals and emerging opportunities. It is the sum of everything before it — the research desks, the hotel floors, the contracts, and the deals — put to work on my own terms.
